I am trying to buy an AP for WDW:)

Have gone onto their website but when I complete all details it says I cannot have the ticket because of the address I put in (I opted for International delivery)

Any suggestions - do I have to ring WDW to buy?

Also, I do get a voucher to exchange don't I ? We don't go until Dec. Just spreading the cost.

Thanks

Hi Samantha
See this thread, looks like Disney are having problems with buying AP's
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1742616

Probably have to ring them, I don't know if anyone has told Disney its not working, surely they have.
Yes you exchange voucher when you get there.
Might be better buying now, who knows where the exchange rate will be later in the year. You have nothing to lose at over $2/$1

I rang them and just got a reference number which I quoted at customer services when I reached MK.

If you are going to eat on property a lot it might be worth considering the DDE card which gives a 20%? discount in many places. Ours paid for itself within a week on a couple of character meals and use of the All Stars foodcourt. You can buy it now when you collect your APs

Thanks for the quick replies - will ring instead. Mind you if it takes as long as when I booked Discovery Cove - will have a BIG telephone bill!:scared1:

Did you not use the freephone UK number for calling Discovery Cove?

Claire ;)

Claire - not sure what number I rung to tell the truth - just looked on their website:confused:

Thanks for the link to the discounted tel. no's Wayne - will use this & keep for when I need to book a couple of ADR's:thumbsup2

There is a UK number on their website it is 00800 33 44 1818, although njot sure if the first 0 should be there!

Can I ask what benefits we Britts get for having an AP? I heard that you get free parking in all Disney car parks, which would be useful for us as we stay off-property. However, if it costs LOADS in the first place it may not be worth it!

All info here. You only need to buy 1 AP in the family to get the benefits. We get the one without waterparks, I think last renewal price was just over £200 each but we get upto 3 trips out of them so worth getting 1 each for us.
