I'm a little embarrassed to ask (though I've been told its a compliment!!), but I'm 32 years old and still look like I'm 20!

I am certainly not a huge drinker, but I do enjoy an occassional glass of wine with dinner, an occassional relaxing beer during the mid-day if I'm on vacation, trying a new exotic beer from another country....honestly I don't drink that much and will end up sharing half with my DBF.

But I'll also be traveling with an out of state drivers liscence (I'm not from FL) and I don't want to be denied on my trip.

How strict are they with out of state IDs? We will not be in PI or at late night bars or dance clubs? This is just for restaurants, resort lounge, maybe CS at Epcot.

Anyone know? Should I bring a back up ID?

TIA!

Valid out of state IDs are accepted. You shouldn't have any problem using a normal out of state drivers lisence as proof of age for ordering a drink at WDW.

Thanks! Sometimes back home they'll ask for back-up ID because they don't believe me LOL! I get really embarrassed when that happens and didnt want to have it deal with it on vacation!

I get that sometimes too, when travelling in nontouristy areas where they don't trust my out of state drivers' license, but at Disney (and other areas with heavy tourist volume) they're used to seeing many out of state licenses and have never given me a hard time.

I have the same problem, I'm 23, (almost 24,) and I look like I'm 16 or 17. I always get carded, but I've never had a problem getting drinks at Disney.

Same thing happens to me! I'll be 32 in a week and a half and I still get carded. I also get student rates at the movies (I don't even ask for it - they do it automatically.) On our last WDW trip, I was 30 and did get carded at Boma. THey had no trouble with my out of state license. The server told me to keep doing what I was doing, since I look so young! (although DH said the guy was just trying to get a bigger tip :rotfl2: )

You'll have no problems.
