buying a mac, but from where?

I have decided on the Mac Quest for our upcoming trip for the baby. Where to buy it from is now the question? I have looked on ebay and no quests unless I am missing them. I did find a place called babydealz that has 07 for $159 and 08 for $199 with free shipping. Has anyone bought from here? Or is there someplace cheaper?

There is a Yahoo group called Strollerswap where you can find lots of info on strollers and also ones for sale that are in great condition. There are different nicer strollers being posted all the time and usually good deals too.

I have bought quite a few strollers there in the last year (I'm a stroller addict LOL) and actually just posted a used 2x Mac Quest for sale yesterday and should post the Peg P3 as well.

Maybe you can find a good deal there. Stroller Swappers are very picky about keeping their strollers clean and in great shape so be assured that they are in really good condition.

I love AlbeeBaby.com. I've bought tons of carseats and strollers from them. They generally have a good selection of "last year's" model or fabric in high-end strollers and carseats at great discounts. I highly recommend them. I quickly checked their website and they have a few marked down (although I think they're all pink - not sure if that's an issue).

I bought my Mac Triumph at Babies R Us. It was a display model and they were switching the models out so I got it for $99. The manager told me that they do this every couple of months so it never hurts to keep checking back.

I just found 18 quests on ebay...many were brand new ('07 models)...I saw one for $99 plus $30 shipping...not a bad price...I bought mine online on ebay new and found significant savings. We were also pleased that the '07 volo model we bought online included a rain cover which the '08 model does not.

Try www.babye-store. They have free shipping and I've read that people have gotten great service from them. I'll probably be ordering a Mac Volo for my DGD from them very soon.

After reading these boards I decided to buy a Maclaren Twin Techno (double) . I used www.babye-store and bought an '07 model. Super fast free shipping, easy transaction, and packaged in original Maclaren box. This stroller is dreamy!!! I'm regretting not getting one long ago. I was obscessed with price and found they were the least expensive option when considering shipping costs.

My addiction to the DIS also prompted me to discover that the stroller does indeed, fit into my sweet hubby's golf club bag.

I didn't check eBay, but if any of these listings are from BabySurplus, its the same people that run Albee Baby. I've bought from them through eBay a couple times and have had great service and highly recommend them. Just thought I'd mention it in case you were hesitant to buy from eBay.
