Go to the ASHI site and you'll get some good info there and names of reputable inspectors. What we did was pick some from their list, go to the BBB site and check to make sure no problems, then called them and asked questions, etc.
Word of mouth is another great way to find someone, but hard to do unless you know people who recently bought in your area.
