Pat Spell at the Timeshare store is great, very smooth transaction (do a search on her name here....lots and lots of positive feedback!)

We bought a BWV re-sale from the Timeshare Store a while back, and had no problems at all. Everything went like clockwork, smooth and easy.

Made an offer Monday morning and heard back less then 30 minutes later that the offer was accepted. Documents faxed to us immediately. Our contact is Kristie. Now it is up to Disney and I am not worried about that. We will pass ROFR and then bank all this years points for use next year.
