Buying a buggy

My daughter is five and generally no longer uses a buggy but I do feel that, with the amount of walking we are going to do during three weeks at WDW she is either going to ride or be carried for at least some of the time. Since she is now too heavy to be carried for an extended period so we are resigned to having a buggy with us. We have a reasonably luxurious McClaren buggy but we don't really want the hassle of taking it on the plane with us. I know we could rent one at the parks but they are rather expensive and this would also mean that she would have to get out of the buggy when we leave the parks (when she is likely to be at her most tired). The final option would seem to be for us to buy an inexpensive buggy once we get to Orlando, does anybody know if the supermarket at the crossroads, near DTD, sells such a thing. Alternatively is there an online retailer that would deliver one to SSR in time for our arrival?

The parks sell umbrella type buggies which if I remember correctly were about $50 and are for sale near the buggy hire as well in some of the other shops.

I am not sure if the supermarket at Crossroads sells buggies as it is quite a small shop. You will definately get one at Walmart and could get it delivered to your resort or even buy a cheap umbrella one here in Tesco or Argos and leave it at the resort if you dont want to carry it home :goodvibes

Hope this helps

Why not get a cheap one here from argos or asda and take that with you :thumbsup2
