Hay all you resale buyers whats been your experience with Dinsey swiping the sale out from under you? How real is the risk? where the line between a sweet deal and too sweet a deal?

Disney does not announce any limits for ROFR. Some have recently had resales go thru at $66 and others lost at $71. DVC seems to evaulate each one on it's merits and possibly the waitlist they have at that time.

I'd just suggest offering what you're comfortable paying and see what happens. If it's meant to be, it'll go thru. By the same token, I'd hate to lose one trying to save a couple of hundred dollars.
