Buy universal tickets with gift cards

We are coming UO in December for our very first visit. We have our room booked at Hard Rock. We do not have tickets yet. We are looking at the 2D PtoP get 2 days free or we my get preferred annual passes. If we buy annual passes from UO can we pay with a gift card? I don't see any options to use gift cards on their website. Thanks for any advice.

No, gift cards can't be used online. You'd have to wait to buy them at the gate or at the hotel.

Thanks for the info. Can you call in and use them? I have some gift cards and I want to take advantage of the annual pass extra 6 months promo. Also, I see you pic of your dog. We have a 14 yr old cocker.... tons of energy
