Buy tickets ahead of time or not?

SaraK, to pick up the e-tickets, we usually take a walk the night we arrive and pick up our tickets from the booth. We also use Get away today.

There is a difference, though, between online tickets from Disneyland.com and online tickets from other vendors. If you print from Disneyland.com, the printout IS your ticket, and when they scan it at the parks, that will deduct your first day.

Other vendors, like GAT, will have guests print out vouchers that you exchange at the ticket booths, but that is not the same thing.

If you buy from Disneyland.com, all you have to do is print out your paper and take it DIRECTLY to the turnstiles and within seconds you will have your regular paper ticket. No lines, no hassle, I PROMISE! It really is very, very easy. Laughably so.
