BBQ P.D.Q.: Twice the Flavor, Twice as Easy
by Better Homes and Gardens (Editor)

I checked it out from our library and found so many recipes I wanted to try I went ahead and bought it! It's all recipes for rubs, marinades, sauces & brush-ons, and salsas and chutneys. Each recipe tells what type of meat it would go well with and we've liked several that we've tried. They are really easy and some have only 3 ingredients!
Here's one for chicken-
Moroccan Marinade
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Makes enough for 2 pounds of poultry.

And a rub for pork or poultry-
Cinnamon-Thyme Rub
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Mix together and rub evenly onto meat. Grill. Makes enough for 2 1/4 pounds of meat.

I'm going to post a recipe for a cherry sauce on the "pork tenderloin thread"!!
