Would it be cheaper to get a Walmart order for soda or buy a 2 liter soda at a Disney shop vs. paying for two mugs? The rooms have a coffee maker , so would you really need the mugs first two days?
No. The package benefits you purchased start on the date the package starts. Would you also expect credit for meals you purchase those first 2 days? Or a refund on tickets used those days? You don’t have to purchase a refillable mug early, drink water or purchase drinks individually. You can get ice & water from the soda machines without having to pay. All hotel rooms have coffee makers, so you could make coffee or tea in your room. Or you could pay for the mugs for about $25 each & consider it a souvenir.
