I usually don't bother with this because you usually breakout even or it's not worth it. This might make it worthwhile.

I'm thinking of buying 2 ribs and chicken combo and 2 drinks at 3 Broomsticks to share with the kids.

I'm less sure about the best snacks to purchase to get my money's worth. We're not big butter beer fans. Any suggestions? Or is there already a post on this somewhere?

I would use them on the same trip, just not at the same time. I have in the past shared meals with my niece's at WDW. I plan on doing the same this trip. We would get the chicken and rib combo and share it and then do the same another day. We will be there for 9 days so if this deal is happening while we are there it will save us some money on food.

My kids did this last year. It was a great deal. They spread the use out over a couple of days.

SO...it looks like you need to eat all your food and drinks and snacks on the same day. You can't buy a combo and eat one Monday and eat the other one Tuesday. Let me know if you think I'm wrong.

The big doughnuts or milkshakes sound like a good use of the snack credit! Anyone know if the butterbeer ice cream would be included as a snack credit option? I am gonna get these for my group our first full day at the parks, keep our receipts and then decide if it is worth it to get the plans for more days on our trip. I have 3 21 year old boys and a husband who all like to order things like fish and chips, ribs, all the most expensive stuff. So for them I think it could be great. My daughter and I are more pizza, baked potato kind of people. So our choices might not yield the biggest savings. But with the one being half off, the option to get bottled water and the other drinks in HP (besides ButterBeer) and my boys big appetites we have a potential to save big.
Side note...Took advantage of the Blue Man group discount. Super excited for the great seats I got for $34!! We didn't go last trip cause it was too expensive, so was super happy to see that discount!

Yes, you'd pay full price for your meal plan and get your wife's half price. Then you'd pay full price for one kid's meal plan and get the other for half price.

I can see that page and I don't have an AP right now. You should be able to see everything on it. It isn't a password protected page.
