Buy Mickey Ear Hat Before You Get To Parks?

It's my mom's first trip and I want to surprise her with a mickey ear hat (w/ her name) in the room when we arrive. Does anyone know if this is possible? I called the phone nimber for room reservations but the lady I spoke to didn't know.

And who would I call to make this happen? Would it be the same people if you had flowers delivered to the room?

Last year it was my birthday when we arrived and my bf made arrangements to have balloons and a card from Lilo and Stitch in the room. Unfortunaly I never got balloons but I did get a card! he did it through the regular reservations number... This howeer is something they do all the time... I would call again because you'll get a different person and if they say "I dont know" ask if they have a supervisor they can ask or something like that since it is really important to you. Im sure that they can find an answer even if its not the answer you want.

PS: If you find out that you can please let me know! I wanted to get a tinkerbell mickey ears hat for my sister too! If its possible to do things like that Id be so excited.
Perhaps you could order it from one of the shops that does the embroidery right before you leave, and have it sent to the resort, the way that you have things sent to your resort when you are shopping during your trip, and pick it up when you arrive and hide it from her until you get to the room, she wouldnt know the difference

I dont know if it's possible to order things though.
