Buy Express now?

I've been hearing many people say that you should only buy the Express pass once you get to UO and see the lines. However, I have also heard that they sell out to meet the demand of people attending. If I go in June once WWoHP opens, should I buy the Express now or still wait to get down there?

I would wait cause from what I have heard express passes is going to limited to even the onsite hotels for WWOHP
Which means instead of being unlimited for onsite guests its only going to be good for once per ride per day for WWOHP but if you are there and its very busy just head to one of the shops and buy them
