Buy A Hopper with Dining Without Booking WDW Resort Room?

The title say it all. Can I buy Dining package with Hopper without getting a WDW resort room? I'm at Swan, can I get the Pass and Dining package with this room?

For some reason, I think you have to be staying at a Disney resort...but I could be wrong...

You can only get the MYW w/Dining when you book a package which includes room (WDW resorts only) and tickets.
