Buy 2 get 3 days Feee and Express

Hi - I am looking at this ticket - starts at $419 - for my date it is $430. Anyway, I an assuming it is 2 days of express pass?? Also - can I use the express pass 1 day then not use it the next day - then maybe the 3rd or 4th day use the express pass again or do I have to use the express pass 2 days in a row. Not sure when reading it although I do know the ticket is only good for a week. Thanks
