Can the souvenir butterbeer mugs be used to get soda/juice refills in other parts of Islands of Adventure besides the wwohp or in Universal Studios?

I'd love to know the answer to this question as well.

Three Broomsticks you can get cider refills (non-alcoholic pear and apple) for like $.79 pre-opening... don't know about after.

I wouldn't want to pay for a full refill of anything else because these mugs hold waaaay less than the regular refill mugs.

How much is a normal medium coke and how much would a refill in a refillable sipper cup cost?

Are the mugs nice? Durable?? I'm sure they aren't glass but will they last at home??

They do seem to be pretty durable, however they are not dishwasher or microwave safe. They are a more ridgid plastic, so might not survive a fall from counter to concrete without cracking, but would totally survive the typical banging around that plastic dishes get from kids and such.

@dalownerx3, were you able to use your butterbeer mug anywhere outside the wwohp?

Never tried it outside WWHOP. We got a refill from a cart around the corner from the Leaky Cauldron. Afterwards, we rinsed it out and put it in our backpack.

I always got refills inside the Hog's Head. However, there was 1 point where that had a line too.

Frozen was the best... and the topping the best part. yum
