Butternut Squash soup at AKL? Jiko's, Boma's?

Whenever I've had it, it seems to have a "kick" to it as well as the sweetness. I think they must add some cayenne or black pepper in there as well. I make it at home now, but it's not as good as what you can get at AKL.

thanks for all the replies on American Cheese! It was quite intersting to find out that the cheese that gets to be the national cheese is no real cheese at all, but processed cheese (reminds me of that melting pot thing I learned about in history).

We do have these prepackaged slices of processed cheese here, I might get those, or try a mild Gouda or a "butter cheese". Neither Colby nor Cheddar are readily available here.
