Butterbeer mugs and rides

Has anyone tried clipping their butterbeer mugs onto their belt or beltloops and riding? We want to take them with us but not if that means we have to use the lockers. We were intending on using a clip like this:

I wore my fanny pack & looped it thru the handle to ride FJ, but this was during the first few days it was open so they may have different rules now. I'm going to try it again next month so wish me luck.

No problems with the mugs on clips. They said that as long as we were comfortably seated, there was no issue.

Day was really good. We got here at about 5 pm and the crowds at the parks were non existant. FJ was down for the first little bit...think someone was sick on the ride. We were done everything we wanted to do at the park by 8. It is so pretty at night. I'm glad the hours got extended. If there is anything you want to know...ask away!

They should add a warning: Do not ride this if you just had a butterbeer!!

I think at least half the times FJ gets shut down, it is because they needed a "clean-up on aisle 2"!!

We were also here in June, so it is our second time. We have skipped early entries this time and have just been doing evenings. It's been great.

I thought I saw somewhere a more apropos smiley for that last equation, but you get the idea....
