Butter at LTT?

Hi!

We were there the other day for dinner and I loved the butter. I don't think I have ever had butter so sweet before.

Does anyone know what they put in it or have a recipie?

I beleive it's honey butter.

Close... They add sugar to the butter there and then whip it. It is quite good!

I asked and they told me it was honey butter. The CM said 1 part honey to 4 parts butter. We ate there two weeks ago and the bread and butter were hard to resist as always!
