But what does 1981 stand for?

Limited demand at TDS near me this morning. There were about 6 of us who arrived in the first 15-20 minutes looking for pins. Still plenty left when I left the mall around 1pm.

But my question is: What does the year 1981 on the One Man's Dream pin represent? It has to be an error and they meant to put 1901. Am I missing something?

On Dizpins it said something about a television show that came out in 1981. And the pin is commemerating the show not Walt's birth.
