Hey- It seems to me like to board has slowed down a bit, there have been or it seems that fewer people are posting....hope everyone is ok and just busy w/ holiday shopping!

I know what you mean. I haven't been posting that much and I only check the site every couple of days. I personally am swamped with Christmas shopping and studying for finals! The life of a 4th year (I guess that would be 'senior' for all my American friends, the term makes me feel old though!). One semester left and no more university! Hopefully everyone is just enjoying their holidays with their fiance/spouse and we will hear more when it is 2006!

Holidays are keeping me busy here and on top of that I just got over being very sick. My boys (11 & 12) keep me busy this time of year with their grades closing for the semester, and shoping and holiday concerts, got one tonight. So I am trying to check in when I have a few moments to myself, I am sure everyone is busy this time of year but read this board when they have time, so keep posting questions if you have any.

I haven't been reading this forum or posting because I don't think my plans are going to happen at this time. We are getting married but we don't know when just yet. Was supposed to be in Sept in Vegas w/honeymoon in WDW in Oct. but I don't think it's a go.

I have found the board a bit slow too. With the holidays, everyone is running around. As I wait for posts, I have entertained myself with the restaurant board. =) Everyone thinks I am a bit crazy, since I am planning a wedding that won't happen for 2 years. I am just really excited!

I try to post regurarly, but I am in the middle of finishing up my Associates Degree, and Christmas shopping, which My DF has no idea what anyone in his family wants or what he wants us to get them- and transfering to a different college and Try to set up our wedding- which I can officially do on the 19th. I try to check at least every other day if I can't everyday. I too have LOTS of Questions and need lots of answers.

I agree with Mary!! I have been working hard finishing up projects and my finals are next week. I cant wait to get it over with so i can get back into working on my wedding (i miss it!)!!

I shouldn't be on here half the time I am. I have finals this week. Two today actually (just finished 1) and I use this as a way to procrastinate. I thrive under stressing myself out though! As long as my grades aren't affected I'll probably continue to do so is the sad thing!

finals are when we are close to ending a semester of school, for instance we go to school starting in August and then get out in December towards the last week of school we have to take a final exam over the materials that we covered in that class for the semester, and that is our final exam. That's why we call it finals, is because after the exam, we are finished with that class for the semester and hopefully don't have to retake that class.

I studied in England for a semester. Manchester (UMIST). TOTALLY different way of learning!!!
