busy time?

How busy is last 2 weeks of August compared to Disneyworld at same time?

How about October? And is there a MNSSHP? How about a HHN at Universal
in California? Sorry I'm a DisneyWorld vet, 1st time going to the Land.

October would be a much better time to go as the locals will all be in school. A lot more locals visit DL than WDW. Weather is also nice in October, it can be very hot in August. Hours won't be as long, but you'll be able to do more in a shorter period of time.

They did have a Halloween Party last year, but it was in California Adventure and I read some bad reviews of it. It is not comparable to MNSSHP which is fantastic in Florida, but maybe they are learning and it will be better.

I went the last week of August last year and it was not crowded at all. It seemed like alot of the kids were back in school. It wasn't light crowds but it was manageable and the good thing is you still get the summer park hours. I have a feeling though since the 50th is ending the parks are going to be busier then normal in the last few months.
