Busy Signal

Is anyone else getting a constant busy signal for DVC? I have been calling since yesterday and it rings once and then goes busy.

I got a busy signal for about 5 minutes of redialing before connecting and now in about 45 minutes of reported 65 minute wait.

uggg, I decided to try emailing and will try calling again around 3 pm CT...hopefully it will slow down by then
