Driving from Glendale/Phoenix, 2 cars, Me, DH, DD (3.5), Grandma W, Grandma L, and Papa.

Route: I-10 to 60 to 57 exit Harbor.

Day 1:
We left at 6:30 AM Wednesday April 6th headed for Anaheim. We stopped in Blythe for a bathroom break, then on to Cabazon for lunch at Ruby's. We got into Anaheim about 2 PM and checked into the Alpine Inn (rooms #111, and #112). Grandma W, and I decorated the room for my DD while her and DH waited in Grandma L and Papa's room. She came in and was in awe of all the balloons, decorations, and presents. She opened everything up, then we loaded the stroller and headed for Disneyland, about a 15-20 min walk from the Alpine Inn.

We went to Disneyland first, we got Indy FP, then went to ride Pirates (which DD HATED, and thought was very dark and scary and she didn't look once). We knew HM was out, due to it being dark and scary. We rode Winnie the Pooh, went to the Tiki Room (DH and I each got a Dole Whip), then we went to DCAP. We went to the Muppet's 3-D :3dglasses show, then rode Monster's Inc (got there right after a break down, so NO wait). After that we ventured to Bugs Land where DD, DH and I rode Heimlich's Chew Chew Train, and Tuck and Roll's bumper cars. We ate dinner at DCAP then went back to Disneyland to watch the Fireworks from Plaza Inn. DD fell asleep before they even started and didn't wake up the whole time. DH, Grandma W, and I then used our Indy FPs while the Grandparents kept on eye on sleeping DD.

Day 2:
When we got to the gates the very first thing I noticed was the Lilly Belle was on the train, I pointed it out to my DH who told me he would make it happen for us this trip . The Lilly Belle is one of the things on my "must do someday at Disneyland" list. We did MM and went to Disneyland early, about 7:20 AM, and went straight to Fantasyland. It was already crazy, so we did Dumbo first, then onto Pinocchio, Mad Tea Party, and Nemo. We then went to Toon Town to meet Mickey Mouse. After that we did Buzz Lightyear, and Tiki Room. We then meant up with the grandparents, we went on Thunder Mountain while Grandma L watched DD. DD was still awake when we were done so Grandma W took her back to the room for a nap (for both of them :) Grandparent, DH and I went and did Haunted Mansion (while DD was asleep), then went to wait on our 3:15 PM Lilly Belle reservations. We got an extra long tour in the Lilly Belle due to some "technical difficulties" hehe, it was GREAT:woohoo:! Not soon after Grandma W and DD were back, and we headed over the DCAP. We went to Turtle Talk, then on to our dinner reservations at Ariel's Grotto. We ate, watched World of Color (:worship:AMAZING), then we all went and rode Toy Story Mania. DD stayed up for WOC, and to ride TSMM at about 10:00 PM, I was in shock!

Day 3:
DH, DD and I started at Disneyland and went straight to the Princess Fantasy Faire. After the hour wait popcorn::(phew) we met Tiana, Belle, and Ariel. Then went downstairs to meet Aurora, and Snow White. DD LOVED it! We met Grandma W, Papa, and Grandma L then went on over to DCAP. We went on Monsters Inc. (no wait again, lucky us), then went over to the Disney Visa meet and greet to get our free picture (thanks to Grandma W)! We then saw Aladdin, which was AMAZING! After we headed over to the Warf for lunch. Express line for Clam Chowder, yes please! After lunch we went to Disney Junior, then Grandma W took DD back to the room for nap time. We came back and met Papa to ride Space Mountain. Grandma W and DD met us and we went on King Arthur's Carousel, Jungle Cruise (which she HATED ), and It's a Small World (we had a private boat, hehe). We then went to Toon Town to visit all of the houses, ride Gadget's Go Coaster, and let DD just run and play. We ended the night eating dinner at River Belle Terrace and watching Fantasmic! from the patio.

Day 4:
We woke up, checked out of our room, then drove over to DTD for breakfast at White Water Snacks. We walked in DTD and went to World of Disney store for our trip goodies. We got on the road at about 10 AM. We stopped in Cabazon for lunch at Ruby's, then a bathroom break in Blythe. Then it was the home stretch to home in Glendale/Phoenix.

It was PACKED, the busiest time I have ever been. I feel like we got a lot done considering we didn't wait for any rides with a wait time over 20 minutes. When the lines got crazy we decided to go the shows instead. I had a lot of firsts this trip, Lilly Belle, WOC, and Aladdin.

I grew up going to Disneyland, not every year, but enough to get me hooked. We started going more often in 2005.

I love your TR! Amazing how it sounded so busy, but still seems like you were able to do alot of things, even getting your own boat on Small World? Wow!

My sister has an iphone app that gives the wait times and I was truly shocked at how short the wait times were for it being such a busy time of year! She also said most wait times were only posting at about 20 minites! I knew the crowds were high, but the times seemed so low!

Also, where do you go to get reservations for a tour of the Lily Belle?
Thanks! I am going next week and am expecting it to be VERY busy, but am hoping with some good planning, we can still do alot.

To make reservations for the Lilly Belle, you have to go to the Main Street train station. From there they will tell you if they will be using it on that day (it depends on how many people they have on shift). Then you give them your name and they give you a time to come back.

We showed up early so to not miss the train, because you never know since they don't really run on a schedule.

Also, don't forget to ask for Lilly Belle train ticket after you ride. Our conductor/guide forgot to give them to us. We were the last ones off and I knew they had tickets so I asked about it. We had to follow her into the station where she got them from an office area. None of the other passengers that rode with us got them because they didn't know to ask.

Best as luck!
