Yes, there are separate buses for each park and for DTD, just like the All-Stars. The difference is that there are no queues; everyone waits together at the stop until they see the bus with their destination on the marquee. Most of the stops can accommodate 2 or 3 buses, so be alert to your bus coming in behind one that's already loading.
Frequency of service is about the same for all resorts: about every 20 minutes during the day and evening, usually more frequently around park opening and just after closing.
The buses use 2 entry and exit points on the resort loop road, so your village may be the first stop for some buses and the 3rd or 4th for others; it depends mostly on the destination and time of day. And sometimes buses will make all 7 stops, other times (usually morning) they will make 3 or 4 stops. But you really don't need to worry about that -- just listen for your stop to be announced.
If your stop happens to be the first, it can take up to 15 minutes for the bus to circle the resort. Drive time from the resort to any park should be no more than 10-15 minutes. Add in up to 20 minute wait, and you have 50 minutes max total time. If you absolutely cannot be late for something, like a show or tour, allow 1:15, in case a bus is too full for you to board or there is some other unusual delay.
There's also an Internal Resort Shuttle, that continuously loops around the 7 villages and the Custom House (check-in) about every 15-20 minutes. You can ride it to get to the restaurants at Old Port Royale when you're not up for walking. You can also ride the park buses to Old Port Royale, but ask the driver first, to make sure the bus isn't exiting before it gets there.
