Yup. The only resorts that do not make addtl stops are AoA and Pop. The moderates don't 'share' with other resorts but they make multiple stops within their resort.
The Polynesian shares with WL and FtW I believe and/or possibly GF. YC shares with BC and sometimes with BW/S/D.

When we were there over the summer, the poly mainly shared with just the GF. Sometimes the CR was also on that bus route as well.

I think it depended on the time of day and where we were headed.

Buses to AK & DTD usually stop at CR, then Poly.

Buses to DHS usually do the same in the a.m., but after 11 a.m. usually make 3 stops: CR, Poly, and GF.

Buses to DTD usually stop at all 5 Epcot resorts: Swan, Dolphin, YC, BC, & BW.

Regularly scheduled buses to MK & AK usually stop at just YC & BC. Extra buses added to handle crowds may make all 5 stops or any of the stops in a different order.
