Busses for Extra Magic Hours!

I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to on the boards. I am just wondering if anyone knows what time the first bus leaves from a resort for any theme park with a morning extra magic hour? Thanks!

Buses start running from resorts to parks at 6:30am. Even if the park doesn't have morning EMH it most likely has a restaurant open for early dining.

The second half is correct, but buses start running at 6:30 every morning.

When guests have pre-opening time breakfast reservations or tours at parks, character buses (so named because the destination sign usually showed a Disney character name) run prior to normal bus service to bring guests to those activities.

Now:

While this may be the 'official' word, it isn't what actually happens. Buses start running by 6:30am, from resorts to the parks, each morning. The only time the buses would run earlier would be if a park opened at 7am....that doesn't happen very often!
Why is the 'official' word different than what actually happens? Yet another case of Disney covering it's collective behind just in case they need to change something with little to no notice!

This may be a moot point with AK soon to have late hours. But in the past, was it possible to park at AK, stay until 6pm closing, then hop on a Disney bus to MK until midnight, then expect a Disney bus to return you to the AK parking lot to pick up your car?

Yes, as long as buses are running from an open or recently closed park, they will be available to take guests to a park that's already closed to get to their cars. Often, it will be on a bus to a resort near the closed park making an extra drop-off at the park, e.g. an AKL bus dropping off guests at AK.
