Business Center at the BWV?

Is there one and if so, where might it be located?
I've heard that there's one at the Beach Club Villas and rumors of one at the BWV.

I'm still trying to figure out some sort of internet access from the Epcot area resorts.

And no. I don't have a laptop available to me, so surfing from the room isn't an option.

There is a business center at Boardwalk, over on the inn side. You can walk down the sidewalk toward the buses, but you turn left instead of right, and walk in the doors. It's huge, and very air-conditioned. There may be an easier way to get to it, but I don't know how. They have tons of computers available for use for a fee, but I don't know any more than that. They don't charge to receive faxes, and the cost to send one was very reasonable. They have people available in the business center to help, and they were very patient.

And thanks for such a prompt reply!!! It won't matter how hard it is to get to, I've made my way through crowds at the MK...so I'm sure I'll figure out how to get to the business center!

I don't know what time they open, but I know it wasn't convienent for me. I just needed to do an internet check in for flights and get my seats assigned so there wouldn't be the same airport surprise there was on departure (six of us traveling together with two preschoolers - and five seats spread throughout the plane with two together). I used the AT&T web phone while the rest of the family slept at 6:00 in the morning. Those are before you get to the Bellvue room.

It's also great if you need to ship anything back. We have done this on two different occasions. Beats looking for a UPS store or Mail Boxes, Etc.

ceejay...I didn't even THINK about that aspect! I WILL probably have some things to get shipped out......DANG, thanks for that info. I think it's gonna save me some real putzing around time!

Do they have boxes and packing supplies if you want to ship stuff back? I would love to ship all my purchases back, but to do it while you are shopping they all have to be bought at the same time, and the shipping time is quite slow. It would be great if I could do it at the business center, as I am staying at BWV.

I do not think so, but there is one at the YC. I used it last year for internet access. I don't know if I can really explain where, but there is a bunch of halls or conference rooms there. It is in an office along there. It was fairly expensive (I do not remember how much exactly). It was a small room and only had 6 or 7 computers. It sound like the one at the BWV would be better.

As to the question of packing supplies, yes they do all of that for you. We just took our merchandise over in bags and they did the rest.

I've never been over to the convention center off the YC, of course we pass it by bus regularly with the old auto out front, but it does make sense that it would be close to that hall. I'll have to venture over there sometime. I'm not aware of one on the BC side.
