Busiest times?

Are the parks busiest at weekend in termtime, weekdays in school holidays or weekends in school holidays. I have been at weekend in school holidays and I think that must top the busy stakes, but I could be wrong. I have chose weekday over the weekend in July and am now worried that I have chosen unwisely!

Even during holidays, weekends will always be the busiest since numbers swell with day visitors.
