If you're an AP holder, parking at the theme parks is/was free so driving would be the safer option to minimize the Covid risk.

Wasn't bad when we were down there a couple of weekends ago. At the Fort they are doing bus service to MK from the Settlement Depot in addition to the boat service. They also have a bus running (Yellow line) to and from Wilderness Lodge so you could always hop their busses too if you needed.

FYI: If you are staying at an onsite resort then parking at the theme parks is also free.
