buses within disney

I am staying at pop on my first trip to disney.I was wondering if there is buses to each park from pop or do i have to go to the hub and then transfer?If the answer is yes which I am hoping for what are the approximate times to get to each park from pop?

Yes, there are busses from Pop Century to get to all 4 parks, as well as DTD, and the waterparks.

Assume a 20 minute drive to each park, and up to a 20-25 minutes wait time for a bus. (more busses will be running in the peak times)
