I have heard that there is an easier/faster way to get from your resort (POFQ) to another resort WITHOUT going to Downtown Disney. Is it by going to any park, and catching the resort's bus from there? Please let me know. :listen: (Last year it took over an hour for me to get from Port Orleans Riverside to the Animal Kingdom Lodge.)

Yes, you can take any bus to a theme park and then transfer to a specific resort bus. However you need to ensure the theme park is open late enough to do this. I find if I am pressed for time it is easier and more efficient to take a cab.

Six of one, half dozen of the other. I don't know where you heard that you HAVE to use DTD as a bus depot. Use DTD, use any of the theme parks, it's all the same. If you want to be the most efficient about it, look at an overall WDW map and plan to switch buses at a park/DTD that is near your final destination resort, or at least is on the way. For example, if I wanted to go from Pop Century to Caribbean Beach Resort, I'd catch a bus to MGM or Epcot (which are in the same general neighborhood as both resorts), definitely NOT MK or AK, because both of them would be WAY out of the way.

Think of it the same way you would think of planning the airline flights if you couldn't do a non-stop flight. If you were flying from BWI to MCO, having a stopover in Atlanta would be acceptable, but having a stopover in Cleveland would be ridiculous and an obvious waste of time. Same thing when planning your Disney Transport resort-to-resort ride.

GOOD LUCK!

Got it! Thanks guys! I have ADR's at Poly and AKL, and I will be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. So I WILL take your advice! Thanx! :thumbsup2
