Buses to and from resort hotels from disney springs?

Are the buses available right now.. and do you have to prove you are a resort guest to take them?

Yes and no

Yes, available.

No screening of guests.

But they don't start very early in the day.

Depending on the time Disney Springs opens, buses back to resorts doesn't start til one hour after opening. (If Disney Springs opens at 10 am, buses back to resorts starts at "around" 11 am.
