Buses back to the resorts? I would anticipate as soon as buses go from resorts to DS, they also start going from DS back to the resorts.

Not necessarily. In the past, morning service from DS/DTD was limited to a few nearby resorts until about 11:30. I don't know what the current schedule is.

Keep in mind that DS does not officially open until 10am, and the priority for WDW transportation in the morning hours is to get people from the resorts to the parks. Realistically speaking, I wouldn't expect DS buses until 10am or later.
