Best to get this question over to the transportation board where Chip n' Dale (a WDW bus driver) can give a complete answer about busses from DD. Nevertheless, if you want to get from DD to a place to ride a monorail around some resorts, then best is to get on a bus at DD that is going to one of the MK resorts -- Grand Floridian, Polynesian or Contemporary as monorail from any of those resorts runs the circuit among those resorts and MK and the Transportation and Ticket Center (where the monorail to Epcot is picked up). The monorail from that TTC to Epcot is a direct run and back and goes to front of Epcot. BCV is on the other side of Epcot beyond the nations. You can take monorail back to Epcot and walk through Epcot to the Interanational Gateway entrance and then walk to BCV if, and only if: (a) Epcot is still open when you get there, and (b) you use a day on your park pass as you can't get through Epcot from the monorail to BCV without doing so. If you are at the MK resorts when you decide to go back, and MK is still open, you can go to MK and take a bus to your resort from there. If neither MK nor Epcot is still open your Disney transport option is a bus from an MK resort to DD and then bus from there to BCV (a trip that can often take an hour or more. Moreover, even if Epcot is still open but MK is not, I would recommend getting a cab (about $12) from one of those MK resorts to go back. The cab ride takes about 10 minutes. That trip from a MK resort to the Epcot monorail, to Epcot, then walk through Epcot, to your resort, could easily take 50 minutes.
