Buses busy at 6pm on party day?

I think us non party goers are allowed to stay until 6pm-7pm on party days and then we can see the Elsa show.
Would the buses be super busy at 6pm/7pm due to all the non party people leaving the park?
I am considering going back to the park one night for an hour to see the Elsa show and then back to our resort. But if it's going to be an hour there and more than an hour back on buses to POR then I'm not going to bother

You’ll need to enter MK before 6pm. It may not take an hour to get there because most party guests will have entered at 4:00p.

The buses may be busy immediately after the Castle Show ends but you can stay in the park until 7:00 and then make your way to your bus.
