Buses Between Parks

Which of the four major parks can you get back and forth between just using bus transportation? Can I get from HS to MK by bus, etc.?

MK has buses to DHS, AK. Monorail to Epcot.
Epcot...bus to AK, monorail to MK, boat to DHS from International Gateway (backdoor) and bus from front of park.
AK has buses to all parks.
DHS has buses to MK and AK. Boat or bus to Epcot, depending on which entrance you want.

Also, if you want to get around not having a direct bus to and from MK to EPCOT, you can always use Beach Club as a go between. I personally have not done this, but if I am wrong please correct me.
