Buses at SSR

Does anyone know how long it might take to get from SSR to MK via bus? We have an 8:30 breakfast reservation. And would it be convenient to have our breakfast and then go back to the resort for pool time and then go back to MK? We are AP so it's not super important to us to get everything done at MK but this will be our first time staying onsite and we are only staying one night.
