There are two possible first stops. One is Martinique and the other is, I think, Jamaica. No way of knowing where the bus will make its first stop until it makes its first stop. And there's no "schedule" of buses, if by schedule you mean time table. They just come when they come. My last week there we only had ONE annoying wait, all the other times buses came soon enough for our taste.

CleveRocks is right is either Martinque or Jamaica.

On my trip in the fall I would say that 90% of the time that I used the busses (which, was always becuse I didn't rent a car) they used the back entrance to the resort (reserved for WDW vehicles) and started in Jamaica and went: Jamaica, Aruba, Barbados, Martinque, Old Port Royale, Trindad North, and finally, Trinidad South. The DTD/waterpark busses in my expereince have always used the front entrace and gone Martinique, Old Port Royale, Trindad North, Trinidad South, Jamaica, Aruba, Barbados. From time to time it was different, but that was the pattern I expereinced the most.

The main rode that CBR is off Bunea Vista Drive, which in my expereince is usually a busier rode so I think for the most part it is easier for the busses to use Victory Way (back entrance) to get in and out of the resort.

The times we rode the bus there, Martinique was the first stop. I don't remember which parks that was from though because we usually drive. It didn't take long to go through the whole resort though.

Do the buses at CBR still have the same pattern or have they changed?
How early do you need to leave CBR to get to MK or to Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground for Trails End Buffet?

No changes. Buses to MK start at Martinique.

I'd allow at least 60-75 minutes ... this allows for maximum wait times for each leg of the one-way trip.
