Is there a site or can anyone provide some info on Busch Gardens in Tampa?

Is there traffic on the drive from Orlando? Can you see everyhting in 1 day? Do they have baby swap? Are the rides really good?

there is probably more information on the SW board on this site.

the drive is around 90 minutes.

there are several rollercoasters.

this is another place that is own my list - but I get to Orlando and don't go any further.....

Several people here at work have been and say it is well worth it.

but go to the SW board - there is more resources / people who have tried it - there.

Busch gardens is my fave park, it is a great day out, fab water rides and coasters. It,s really nicelly themed and not so big that you get worn out, you could do all the rides in a day if it was not busy. I think you may be able to get there in less than 90 min's though depending on where you are staying.

WE went last summer and it was okay. Keep in mind we had passes so it did not cost us to get in. I do not know how I would feel if I had to spend over 100.00 for the three of us. Then again I am not a water park person. I always feel that a day away from Orlando is a waste. I know I need to change my outlook but then when I get there I have trouble tearing myself away.

Love Busch Gardens. Been there every trip to Orlando and wouldn't miss it. Great theme park and Zoo rapped into one. One day will be plenty. Hour to hour and a half drive we've only had significant traffic problems in 03-01 when all the wildfires were burning near I-4.

Busch Gardens is a lot of fun. The traffic out to there is not to bad but sometimes can get slowed down around the Lakeland area exits due to construction.

If you want to see what BG has to offer there website is:

We just came back from Busch Gardens and loved it! We purchased the fun card for $60.00 and were able to go as often as we wanted. The place is beautiful and there was almost no wait for the rides in January.
