Have you been here? Do you have any touring advice? We have a four and seven year old who are 40 and 46 inches tall.

I go to Busch Gardens usually once a week. With those heights you should have a really fun and relaxing day. They are both tall enough to do some fun rides, but not tall enough to do the major rides with the major lines. I have a daughter who is now 47" and we go together. Your 4 year old can go on just about everything that the 7 year old can go on except the river raft ride.

I would plan on arriving at park opening, grab a map and head through the ape exhibit on your way to Rhino Rally. I would recommend getting that ride done as soon as possible. Its one of two major rides that both your children can go on. After you are done with Rhino Rally head to the Morrocan Section and you can do all the "kiddie" rides there, airplanes, motorcycle, mini-train, merry-go-round. There should be little or no lines at those rides. Once you are done with those head over to the log flume, it should be warm enough to go and the line shouldnt be too bad, if you wait much longer the line will become unmanageable. Take a deep breath, now you are done with both major rides you can do, so the rest of your day will be quite leisurly. Head to Jungala, there are great climbing areas here and a "bouncy" ride that both children can ride, definitely check out the Tiger exhibit which is brand new and really cool. When done at Jungala, head over to "Land of the Dragons" You could probably spend an hour or two in here going on the various rides, bouncy thing and climbing areas. Once you are done with that, head back to the SkyRide near Jungala, ride that to the other side of the park. Walk through the Savanna exhibit(Lions,Hyenas,Giraffes,Zebras,Etc,etc), then the hippo exhibit......Now go home.

-When its hot, remember you can always walk by Shiekra and get soaked.
-Fit meals in whenever you want.
-This plan is what I use virtually every Sunday morning and it works pretty much during any season.

The one drawback to this plan is there is quite a bit of walking as you have to backtrack a few times. This plan is based on hitting every area at the most opportune time. If you want to keep walking to a minimum, then I would grab a map and start doing the park in a counter-clockwise fashion ending at Land of The Dragons.

Anyone have input on the dining deal at BG?? Worth it, would you do it or have you done it??!!
