I really enjoy hanging around around the splash zone at the Pompeii ride. It's fun to watch the big splash and see unsuspecting spectators getting splashed too. There are lots of benches there and you can pay a couple of quarters and squirt the people on the ride with a water gun.

I love that too BG is one of my favorite theme parks!

If you try Europe I recommend shutting your eyes if you start to feel bad. That's the only way I got through it, not so much because of the jerky motion but more due to the swoopy nature of the film. Admittedly though, I have to close my eyes during the Agrabah portion of Philharmagic.

I've never actually rode the rapids ride because we go for HallOscream and it's usually closed.

There are teacups in Italy, and if you can do those Darkastle should be no problem, it only spins a few times.

Another question:

I am plus sized. I fit on all the rides at WDW. How are all the rides at Busch?

If you fit on rock n roller coaster you will be fine with the rides at BG. The roller coasters are really great.

I haven't been since the Eurpoe ride opened, did that replace the ride in Ireland? It seems like it did and if they kept the same ride mechanism it was really jerky but didn't make me sick that I recall. The simulation rides such as Star Tours and Back to the Future really did me in.

I think BG has the best park food (counter service) of any park that I have been to.

I was hugely disappointed in the Darkastle ride, have they updated it? I could never understand the audio.

Yes, there were parts I did have to shut my eyes. But I didn't realize how it worked and ended up in the front row

I live about 30 minutes away from BG.

I don't like rollercoasters-I'll do loch ness, but Apollo's chariott I screamed bloody murder, Griffon-not going to happen. I loved the Big Bad Wolf when they had it, waiting to see what the next roller coaster will be.

I like to do the Europe air thing, but I have to sit in the back and i like feeling the fans because if not, I would hurl.

Dark Kastle: you know, I am not a fan-I love HM at Magic Kingdom, but Dark castle I like to put my hands out and look like I am poking things that are 3d, but I'm just odd that way.lol.

Have a great time, it is a beautiful park. Also, FYI, you can always bring a picnic lunch as they have picnic tables in a couple areas-parking lots.

I like Dark Kastle! Its actually the one ride there I can say that I liked the best. I got talked into a few of the others We always go for Hallowscream every year too, its that part I go for. All the haunted houses!

I think there are two theaters for Europe in the Air. One is jerkier than the other but I second (third?) what others have said, DO NOT SIT IN THE FRONT! I try to sit as close to the center as I can. In the front row, the screen is too blurry, on the far sides, I can see the ends of the screen and it makes me queasy.

The great thing about the tea cups at BG is that there are 3 or 4 cups that only sit on the main spinner. The others are on smaller spinners that go around in addition to the spinning you control in the cup. It's easy to pick out the more stationary ones by the painting on the floor.

I'm not a roller coaster person and we had season passes for 6 years. It's incredibly beautiful and the shows are great.
