I don't think REO Speedwagon played the Real Music series which is held inside the Stanleyville theater.REO was probably there for Bands Brew and BBQ which is held outside in the Gwazi Plaza stage which is a much bigger venue. The Real Music series has older groups more popular with an older crowd but I'm in my 30's and have seen Hermans Hermits,Paul Revere and the Raiders and other groups there countless times. As far as how busy they are it's hard to tell, they do have three shows daily usually one around 11am,another one around one and a third one at 3:00 or 3:30pm.They have a booth set up usually by the front gate and outside the theater where they hand out these passes to guarantee you admission to each of the shows so once they run out you're out of luck, but even doing that there have been shows, especially the last one that have a lot of empty seats.Another thing is that the Stanleyville theater was recently enclosed,I doubt that has any effect on the popularity of the shows but it might make it a better place to see them.If you're there in February I believe the Real Music series and the Bands Brew and BBQ series overlap so you can catch one show one day and the other the next and if you want you can drive over to Sea World for their Bands Brew and BBQ concerts, which unfortunately has had issues with groups cancelling due to the documentary Blackfish, but I'm sure they'll still get some good acts. The Beach Boys are announced for Busch Gardens for February 15th.
