Busch Gardens questions

We are coming to FL during April vacation this year. We've never vacationed during busy weeks and are curious about crowds. Does anyone have any input of the levels at Busch Gardens during this time? Anyone know of any discount codes out there? I didn't see any Aquatica/Busch Gardens combo tickets. Every other combo but not just those two parks that I could find. Any feedback or helpful hints on Aquatica? Thanks to all for any information!

Sorry I can't answer your question on the crowds during April break but have you thought on maybe going the week after that ? We are going there then. I decided to take my daughter 8 year old out of school for this. I did talk to her teacher before deciding and she will give my daughter work to do while on vacation (We will try to do the work before we go LOL) . Also I am making my daughter do a report on are trip to Discovery Cove, Sea World, Bush Gardens and Aquatica. The reason I suggest the next week is I saved $400.00 on just the hotel not to mention the crowds
Also have you thought of buying the 3 park tickets-Bush Garden, Sea World and Aquatica it's only $124.95 per person , thats only $41.65 per Park !!! that a great buy .

i'm originally from tampa and went to busch gardens every weekend as a young adult.

i had a couple of coworkers go to busch gardens the day before the super bowl and they said it was dead. they said the longest they waited in one of the lines was five minutes. i was actually really surprised. i was still living in tampa during the last super bowl hosted there, and the entire city was crowded. you couldn't even walk in busch gardens.

with the economy, i don't think it's going to be as crowded like i'm used to. remember that april 12 is easter and the 10th is good friday. that's a three day weekend so it can bring more people to the parks. some states have their spring breaks in april as well.
