Universal's Halloween Horror Nights is pretty much always considered the top Halloween Event in the country but Howl O Scream in Busch Gardens Tampa is always in the top 5.I've gone several years that I actually enjoyed myself more at Howl O Scream than at HHN,the houses are usually on par or better and with the park being bigger even when it's crowded it's not as bad as it is at Universal and waits are also usually better.
