Bus Wait Times and App

Hi.
I have been reading where people are saying that while they were at Disney, they are looking at their app and able to see when the Disney busses will be arriving at their hotels for the parks.
I'm on MDE and cannot locate where this feature would be listed. Can someone please let me know since we will be at Disney in January.

Hi @js, FYI I moved this to the Transportation board.

The feature only works during your resort stay - from check in to check out day.

Hmm, can’t remember exactly when it started but pretty sure it was up in Sept. I know I used it late Sept.

It’s pretty handy when at the resort. I wish they would also add return bus times (from park back to resort)... I keep hoping they’ll add that feature at some point.

It only pops up once your check in day arrives.
I happened to look at it at noon when my flight for Disney didn't even leave until 4pm.

When at the parks it showed when it was going to arrive when I was there in late August/early September.

Yes it was available during my trip in late August/early September so you must have missed it.

We were there in 2016 before they had times on the app. But they did have electronic sign boards at the stops. They were worthless. It would often say there was a bus to our destination arriving in 10 minutes. Then when it got down to around 1 minute it would change back to 10 minutes. Disney rerouted buses but this happened more times than not.
