Bus transportation to parks??

We have always rented a car, but in December we will be using Disney transportation.

What time do the buses start running? I was looking at POP Century resort info from 2004 & it says that bus transportation starts 30 minutes prior to park opening. Please say this isn't true.

Also, if you have an early ps (at 8 am), what bus do you take?

There are early morning busses that get you to your breakfast ADRs. The general rule of thumb is be out at the bus stop 45-50 minutes kprior to your ADR.

These early morning busses cover park areas. For example, if your ADR is for Chef Mickey's at the CR, take the MK bus and tell the driver you are going to CR.

If your ADR is for Caope May at the BC, take the MGM bus and tell the driver you are going to BC.

The normal bus transportation to the theme parks start running about one hour prior to park opening, whether it's EMH or regular.
As the previous poster stated, there are early buses that will take you to your breakfasts and tours. I understand they start around 45 minutes before the earliest scheduled breakfast of that day. Allow extra time in case you just miss a bus.
