Bus Transportation at SSR?

I have read quite a few posts on the DVC thread about how bad it is at this resort. Could anyone comment? We'll be there mid-October and now I am concerned.

We were just there in Feb and didn't have any issues- longest wait 20min. I have heard some issues but you can have that problem anywhere. We stayed at port orleans and read the same things before I booked there. When taking Disney buses I always expect I will run into an issue or a long wait occasionally - I think the worse I ever had was 40min. Nice thing about SSR is they don't share with any other resorts and an easy walk to DTD.

We were there last spring. Only major problem was the signs on the bus. Example. The driver would stop. Us - Where you going? Driver - points to the sign - Epcot. Us - It says Animal Kingdom. Driver - It does? That's how it went for a couple of days.

Hope this helps. We'll be there next month. I'll let you know how the bus runs turned out for us.

Stayed there in Dec 07 in Congress Park and the buses were excellent. We were either almost last or last stop and there was always plenty of room and saw buses for plenty of parks go through. HTH.
