Does anyone know what time the buses start running from resorts to Disney Springs to transfer to Typhoon Lagoon?

45 minutes before Typhoon opens. The bus will drop you at Typhoon Lagoon first until The Springs opens.

Yes. The bus route will go to Typhoon first before 10 AM.

Thank you for confirming this. I hadn't seen it talked about before, but this was my suspicion when we rope dropped TL last summer.
